How it works
IT disposal is a regulated area, and we believe in being straight about how we operate: we're not a waste carrier ourselves, so we act as the organiser and single point of contact. We collect and catalogue your equipment, take care of data destruction, and use licensed WEEE recycling partners for the physical processing. You don't have to chase multiple companies or wonder where anything went.
1. Tell us what you've got
Send us a rough list — or just a photo of the pile. We'll confirm what we can take, flag anything that needs special handling (batteries, monitors, UPS units) and give you a clear price or a free-collection confirmation before anything moves.
2. We collect and log everything
At collection, every device is recorded with its make, model and serial number. Nothing leaves your site undocumented — the receipt we issue lists exactly what was taken, when, and by whom.
3. Data is wiped or destroyed
Data-bearing devices are wiped to recognised standards. Where a drive can't be wiped — or you'd simply prefer it — the drive is physically destroyed. How each item's data was handled is noted on your disposal receipt.
4. Recycling, reuse and your paperwork
Working equipment is refurbished and reused where possible — better for the planet and it can reduce or remove your disposal costs. Everything else goes to licensed WEEE recycling partners. You receive the full itemised record to file away.

Do you dispose of the equipment yourselves?
We manage the whole process for you: we collect and log your equipment, securely wipe or destroy data-bearing devices, and pass the hardware to licensed WEEE recycling partners for processing. You deal with one company and get one clear paper trail.
What paperwork do we get?
Every collection comes with an itemised disposal receipt listing each device and its serial number, the collection date and how it was handled. It's your proof that the equipment left your custody and was processed responsibly — useful for audits, insurance and asset registers.
What happens to our data?
Drives and devices are wiped to recognised standards, or physically destroyed where wiping isn't possible or you'd prefer it. Data handling is recorded on your disposal receipt so you can show exactly what was done with each item.
What equipment can you take?
Laptops, desktops, servers, monitors, phones, tablets, printers, networking kit, cables and peripherals — from a single office clear-out to a few old machines. If you're not sure about an item, just ask.
Is there a charge?
Small quantities of reusable IT equipment are often collected free of charge, and working kit may offset the cost of the rest. Larger or mixed loads (printers, monitors, hazardous items) are quoted upfront before we collect.
Can you collect from our office?
Yes — we collect across Tamworth, Lichfield, Burton-on-Trent and the wider Midlands. For larger clear-outs we'll agree a time that keeps disruption to a minimum.
