One provider for IT, email, websites and hardware

Most Nottinghamshire businesses we take on arrive juggling three or four suppliers — one for email, one for the website, one for laptops and a friend-of-a-friend for everything else. We do the lot, so nothing falls between the cracks and there's one number to call.

Towns and cities we cover in Nottinghamshire

Nottingham, Mansfield, Beeston, West Bridgford, Arnold, Sutton-in-Ashfield and the surrounding villages and industrial estates.

Plans and pricing

Essentials is £39 per user per month for unlimited remote support, Microsoft 365 administration, monitoring and patching. Managed Care is £69 per user per month, adding a 4-hour response target on urgent tickets, Microsoft 365 backup and quarterly IT reviews. Month-to-month — no long tie-ins.

Projects as well as support

Microsoft 365 migrations, office moves, server-to-cloud projects, security reviews and new-starter rollouts are all quoted at a fixed price, whether or not you're on a monthly plan.

Hardware repair backed by our own workshop

Because we run a repair workshop in Staffordshire, a failed laptop is a repair rather than an unplanned purchase — board-level fixes, SSD upgrades, data recovery and loan machines while we work.

Frequently asked questions

Do you actually visit Nottinghamshire, or is it all remote?

Both. Day-to-day support is remote because it's faster, but we book onsite visits across Nottinghamshire for installs, office moves and anything hands-on.

How fast do you respond?

Same-day remote support during business hours, with a 4-hour response target on urgent tickets for Managed Care customers.

Can you take over from our current IT provider?

Yes — we handle the handover: documentation, admin credentials, licence transfers and a full audit before we take on support.

Is there a minimum contract?

No. All plans are month-to-month.

Do you supply hardware too?

Yes — laptops, desktops, monitors and accessories at trade prices, delivered configured and ready to use.
